Warner Bros. has suspended production of “Bachelor in Paradise” after the revelation of shocking behind the scene details of ‘Sexual misconduct,’ alcoholism mind games and more. Meanwhile, other members of Bachelor Nation continue to describe their experience in the franchise regardless of the scandal associated with the show. Ben Higgins and Ashley both refuted the rumors related to the show. Higgins said that he was never forced into any situation. He added that the show has been around for more than 15 years and is like a well-oiled machine and the format has not changed.
However, past Sunday, Warner Bros. has confirmed that filming of the new season of the show has been halted and an investigation has been initiated to look into the matter. Any action will be only initiated after the completion of the inquiry.
In a statement, Warner Bros. said that they are aware of the allegations of misconduct and an investigation is on. As the investigation continues Ashley revealed that during her association with the Bachelor and Bachelor in Paradise, she never saw anything which was inappropriate and warranted any action.
Host Chris Harrison was at pains to assure fans that the safety and care of the cast and the crew is the top priority and Warner Bros. will ensure that the investigation reaches its logical conclusion. He also added that there is a lot of misinformation and urged all fans to remain patient until the inquiry is concluded.
It is not clear if the latest scandal will affect ABC plans to shoot Bachelor in Paradise Evan Bass and Carly wedding. As more information trickles in, the event will have a ripple effect in either circumstances-the accusation maybe right, or all allegations aren’t true.
A source was heard as saying that alcohol helps one to loosen up and the first night is very hectic, and everyone wants to make his mark. The idea of having an open bar with unlimited alcohol will inevitably provoke the contestants to consume as much as one can without any inhibition.
